FIRST COMMUNION

PREPARATION

First Communion is one of the biggest days of your child's life.
On this day, and every time they receive Jesus in the Eucharist, they will experience
HEAVEN ON EARTH and will be CLOSER TO JESUS THAN EVER BEFORE.
Because of the significance of this day, preparation is so important!
During the pandemic, we have in-person and virtual options for
preparation for your child's First Communion.  Please see the options
below and follow the link to register for one of the classes.
*note: this information is just for 2nd graders who do not attend Notre Dame

We have two options for in-person classes:

Sunday: 10:15-11:30am in the Hall at St. Peter

Sunday: 9:00-10:15am in the Holy Redeemer Activity Center

Both options are only on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the Month beginning October 4th

Students and teachers will be distanced and will have to wear masks during class.  We will have hand sanitizer available at the door and will ask you to take your child's temperature before arriving.

IN-PERSON

Our virtual program will be parent-led using the Blessed First Communion Video Series from Dynamic Catholic.  Each week, you and your child will watch a video from this incredible series and do some workbook pages following it.
