Thank you for your interest in using the Holy Redeemer Activity Center for your event.  The Holy Redeemer Activity Center is affiliated with the Holy Redeemer Church and Parish.  As such the Activity Center is primarily for family-oriented events.


A set of four “Priority Levels” has been established for users of these facilities:

  1. Holy Redeemer Parish Events, Committees, & registered Parishioners

  2. Notre Dame School Events

  3. St. Mary of the Annunciation Parish Events, Committees, & registered Parishioners

  4. Deanery Parish Events, Committees, & registered Parishioner Wedding Events 


The Activity Center cannot be used by any parishioner for any political function, class or school reunion, or organization meetings or dinners, without special permission from the pastor of Holy Redeemer Church.  Non-registered parishioners, and outside individuals, groups, or organizations, are no longer able to use the facility for their event.  


There is a Reservation Deposit and a Usage Fee required with most events.  A brief summary of these is located here.  A full Usage Contract, with Purpose and Rules for Use, Alcohol Policy, and information sheets for outside contractors, will be presented to the user when the Reservation Deposit has been received.  All fees and the signed contract pages are due in the Holy Redeemer parish office at least one month (30 days) prior to the scheduled event.


Tours of the facilities are available during regular office hours of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to Noon, and 1 to 3 p.m., and after hours tours available through special arrangement.
