The Catholic Church has always held that the human person—body, mind, and soul—has an innate capacity, but also a deep longing, for transcendence. These transcendentals elements are Truth, Goodness, and Beauty, and they’re not bound by cultural or personal ideologies. They elevate the soul to something greater. Our Sacred Music Concert Series is an invitation to you—to our entire community, to take a step back from the chaos and noise of the world “out there,” away from the constant inundation with screens and scrolling, away from the endless unsettling news cycles, and instead to rest and commune with real Beauty, in a sacred space. To revel in the glory of the organ and sacred music. To meditate on the Truth and Goodness that inspire the Beauty you’ll hear in these concerts.

This 2026 Summer Concert Series is focused on four local organists: Dr. Douglas Leightenheimer, Dr. Jeremiah Martin, Dr. Stanley Workman, and our own Director of Sacred Music, Mr. Patrick Torsell. In future years, we will expand to include choral music and other instrumentation, so we invite you to join us for future concert series.

We are happy to offer these concerts at no cost, open to all. We take up a free-will collection during the program. Be assured there is absolutely no obligation to contribute. However, if you find these concerts meaningful, and if you are able, we are grateful for your contribution to support our sacred music program, our choral ensembles, our youth and adult music education programming, the upkeep of our instruments, and this budding concert series.
