CONSIDER RENTING OUR FACILITIES

TO HOST YOUR EVENT

 

The following qualifications must be met in order for parish room rentals to be made available:

  • You are an active and registered parishioner of St. John Paul II Scioto Catholic Parish.

  • We require a minimum of four weeks before your event date in order to place it on the schedule.​

 

​Parish events & Ministries always take precedence. 

Please call the parish office at 740-354-4551 in order check available dates for your event.

**Please Note: We Do Not Rent Out St. Mary Activity Center**

FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO RENT AND THEIR COST ARE:​

​ Holy Redeemer Activity Center, Large room (seats 250) - $300

Security deposit of $200 - DUE AT TIME OF SIGNING CONTRACT

Security Deposit (returned after event, if no damage)

Diocesan Required Special Event Insurance $95

Total Cost $595

​Holy Redeemer Activity Center, Small room (seats 50) - $125

Security deposit of $50 - DUE AT TIME OF SIGNING CONTRACT

Security Deposit (returned after event, if no damage)

Diocesan Required Special Event Insurance $95

Total Cost $270

 St. Peter McCormick Hall - $300

Security deposit of $200 - DUE AT TIME OF SIGNING CONTRACT

Security Deposit (returned after event, if no damage)

Diocesan Required Special Event Insurance $95

Total Cost $595

Holy Trinity Hall  - $200

Security deposit of $50 - DUE AT TIME OF SIGNING CONTRACT

Security Deposit (returned after event, if no damage)
